SwagHER Fitness Boot Camp™

SwagHER + Fitness + Boot Camp = body confidence remixed with the latest dance fitness trends and boot camp drills. Each workout sessions is designed to tone, shape, and strengthen the whole body. Increased: strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, flexibility, and overall well-being are benefits of this exercise program.

SwagHER Styling™

If you love dancing and staying up to date with the latest music trends and hottest dance moves then SwagHER Styling™ is the class for you. SwagHER Styling™ is a unique class that adds style and personality to dance fitness. This class is designed to help women to: tone up, build strength, gain flexibility, and lose weight while learning the latest moves from the clubs and music videos! The choreographed dance moves include: body rolls, hairography, sassy arm motions and footwork that are fun, challenging, and will make you sweat. Whether you just want to lose weight, look better on the dance floor or boost your everyday body confidence this class is a must for you!

SwagHER Fitness Parties™

Do you need a ladies’ night in? SwagHER Fitness™ Parties are a great alternative to home shopping or boring parties. We bring the fitness party to you! Parties are held at your location and are ideal for retreats, fundraisers, pageants, sororities, birthdays and bachelorette parties or other special events.


*No dance experience is necessary for any of the fitness classes.

Body Confidence Lifestyle Workshop

If you have body image issues and want to learn how to learn how to attain a body confidence lifestyle, this workshop is for you! This workshop is divided into 3 parts:

  • Opening and introductions. Lecture and viewing of short film, The Body Confidence Lifestyle. The Body Confidence Lifestyle documentary film is for anyone who has struggled with body confidence because they didn’t conform to our culture’s impossible, unhealthy, abnormal beauty standards. This spirited film examines three women’s body confidence journey’s and includes encouragement from “The Biggest Loser,” contestants Allie Ishcomer and Lisa Mosley, who participated in Season 10 of NBC’s television show which aired during the fall of 2010.
  • Group session to design/build your own visual Body Confidence Lifestyle board (all materials are included in the workshop fee)
  • Journal session and close

The workshop focuses on developing skills to build self-awareness and positive self-esteem by understanding and dealing with thoughts and feelings about beauty, body weight and size.
